It’s the Time of the Year
Companies, as an incentive, give their people the best party that they could ever have. It is the only time of the year when everybody can just forget about work for some time and just have all the fun in the world.
Companies go to great lengths just to give their employees the best party that they could ever have, or at least something that is better and different from that of the previous years. Companies believe that for 365 days, this is the only time that everybody can be together and enjoying each others compnay, no pressure, no deadline, no work, just all fun.
Companies hire and get some help from corporate events management team or specialist for them to come up with the best ideas for the event and make everybody happy. This kind of event actually means a big chunk off the budget of a certain company, nevertheless they still do it since employers believe that having these kinds of gatherings would do them better than worse.
